In 2021, my humble fixer‑upper became the spark behind Modern Willow. What began as a simple renovation quickly evolved into a full design and staging transformation — selecting finishes, shaping color palettes, and reimagining how each room could feel welcoming, functional, and market‑ready. From sourcing materials to refining every detail, this project revealed the impact of thoughtful design paired with intentional staging. The result was a home that shifted from overlooked to unforgettable, selling for top dollar in just five days.

For the multi‑purpose room, I partnered with the homeowner to transform it into a clean, functional office — styled to offer a calm place to work while highlighting the room’s full potential.

In this project, I created a series of vignettes in key areas of the home, blending a few of the homeowners’ existing pieces with thoughtfully curated accessories. Each vignette was designed to bring warmth, balance, and intention to the space — helping buyers immediately connect with the home and envision how it could live and feel.
