Market-Ready Styling Session

Prerequisite: Initial Consultation
Take the leap from "to-do list" to "show-ready." We use what you already have to create a photo-ready presentation. Best for listings needing a lighter touch to put the final touches on the spaces. This hands-on session is where your staging report comes to life. By focusing on your home's most influential spaces, we’ll maximize your property's appeal and ensure your listing photos stand out from the competition.
What’s Included:
- Home Prep Plan: Detailed instructions for you to complete beforehand, ensuring the space is "styling-ready" to maximize the 4 hours.
- Up to 4-Hours of Styling: Hands-on refinement focusing on the high-impact "money rooms": the Kitchen, Main Living Area, and Primary Suite.
- Layout Mastery: We’ll adjust furniture to maximize square footage and improve "photographability."
- Final Touches: Styling surfaces, mantels, and shelving for a cohesive, designer look.

Signature Styling Day
Starting at $950* | The Elevated Home Reset
Prerequisite: Initial Consultation
Our most comprehensive on-site service. The Signature Staging Day is an immersive, 6-hour collaborative experience designed to transform your home into a high-end listing. Working side-by-side, we’ll execute a top-to-bottom refinement of your home’s most important spaces, creating a seamless and aspirational flow that resonates with today’s buyers.
What’s Included:
- Home Prep Plan: A detailed pre-arrival guide to help you "clear the canvas" so we can maximize every minute of our 6 hours on-site.
- Up to 6-Hours of Styling: A full day of rolling up our sleeves for a hands-on transformation covering all "high-impact" zones: Kitchen, Main Living Area, and Primary Suite. (if time permits, we will tackle additional areas)
- Layout & Flow: We edit and re-arrange furniture placement for better traffic flow and "magazine-quality" listing photos.
- Final Touches: Styling surfaces, built-ins, and mantels using your existing decor (or sourced items).

Home Restyling Services
Power Shopping - $100 per hour
Expert sourcing and personal shopping for the furnishings, lighting, and accessories that bring your vision to life. Whether we are hunting for the perfect statement piece or the final finishing touches, I provide thoughtful guidance to ensure every purchase aligns with your style and goals.
Restyling Consultation - $450
A deep-dive session designed to bring intentionality and soul back into your home. We’ll move beyond "market-ready" and focus on how you actually live, creating a roadmap to make your space more cohesive, functional, and uniquely yours.

- Custom furniture placement and flow optimization.
