Like many stories, you never quite know where a path will lead until you take that first step. Mine began in the spring of 2021, when I purchased my first fixer-upper. I knew it would be a lot of work — I’d watched plenty of HGTV 😉 — but nothing prepares you for the reality of long weekends, endless decisions, and the countless details that come with a renovation.

As the project unfolded, I found myself completely drawn to the creative process — selecting finishes, refining each room, and watching a vision slowly come to life. When the home was complete, I staged it for sale… and it sold in just five days. That experience sparked something meaningful. I realized how impactful styling can be and how much I love bringing clarity, comfort, and harmony to a home.

Modern Willow grew from that moment — built on the belief that thoughtful staging does more than prepare a home for sale; it creates a feeling. I focus on crafting spaces that are warm, balanced, and naturally welcoming, so buyers can instantly picture themselves living there.
