Featured Project: A Home That Started It All

Project: 1970's Fixer-Upper — Complete Renovation & Occupied Staging

Location: Orange County, California

When I purchased my first fixer-upper in 2021, I had no idea it would be the start of a new chapter. What began as a simple renovation turned into a full creative journey — from endless DIY weekends to curating every finish, color, and piece of furniture. This project taught me the power of thoughtful design — how staging can completely change the way people feel in a space. When it sold in just five days, it was clear that a beautiful, intentional design truly makes a difference.
