The Fixer-Upper That Started It All
Project: 1970's Fixer-Upper — Complete Renovation & Occupied Staging
Design Style: Transitional
In 2021, my humble fixer‑upper became the spark behind Modern Willow. What began as a simple renovation quickly evolved into a full design and staging transformation — selecting finishes, shaping color palettes, and reimagining how each room could feel welcoming, functional, and market‑ready. From sourcing materials to refining every detail, this project revealed the impact of thoughtful design paired with intentional staging. The result was a home that shifted from overlooked to unforgettable, selling for top dollar in just five days.

Interior Styling Transformations
Styled to love it! This homeowner wanted to add lots of light and a refreshed feel throughout her home. The bathroom felt dark and dated. We picked out a lighter paint color, updated textiles, and curated accessories. The space became instantly brighter, calmer, and more reflective of the homeowner’s style.
For this multi-purpose room, I partnered with the homeowner to declutter, organize, and transform it into a clean, functional office designed for two. The result is a space that feels more open, calm, and supportive of focus and productivity.
